A New York style steak and seafood dining room featuring prime meats and the freshest seafood available. Selections include porterhouse steaks, prime rib, filet mignon, as well as a wide variety of fresh fish and seafood. Dinner only.

Caruso's

Features fine traditional and contemporary Italian specialties in a magnificent country-side setting. Menu features specialties such as Chicken Francese with Shrimp, Langoustines in Lemon and Braciola Napolitan Style. Dinner only.

The Sterling Brunch

Critically-acclaimed Sunday brunch at Caruso's, featuring Australian rack of lamb, fresh smoked salmon, Washington state Skokum oysters, Maine lobster tails and Tattinger champagne. Seven extraordinary live cooking stations await, including caviar, sushi, dim sum, pasta, chef's specialties, omelets, hand carved meats and fish, and desserts. Open 10 am-3 pm Sunday only. Prix Fixe menu.

Cornucopia Buffet

All new and now located on the 2nd Floor of the new hotel tower. The Cornucopia Buffet's famous Surf & Turf Buffet features Atlantic City's grandest variety of delicious all-you-can-eat specialties including steamed clams, fresh fish, mouthwatering u-peel shrimp, steamship of beef and rotisserie turkey and chicken.

Cappuccino's

All new coffee and espresso bar plus pastry shop featuring gourmet coffees from around the world, cappuccino, café; latté;, espresso, biscotti, fresh baked pastries and chocolates. Located on the 2nd floor at the site of the former Gatsby's Lounge.

Horizons

All new 24-hour restaurant serving casual fare morning, noon and night (also featuring the Coney Island Deli). Located on the 2nd floor at the site of the former Cornucopia Cafe.

Empress Garden

All-new full-sevice Chinese restaurant featuring authentic Asian delicacies. Also featuring a noodle bar, dim sum lunch and dinner. Located on the 2nd floor next to Horizons.

This gourmet restaurant is named after the peregrine falcons that perch annually on the Hilton's ledges. The rotating menu offers a melange of fine international dishes. Dinner only.
