FANTASEA REEF® BUFFET
This $7 million entertainment-oriented restaurant is a must experience buffet
accommodating 400 guests in a spectacular marine themed setting featuring hundreds of live
tropical fish in immense aquariums with over 12,000 gallons of salt water and video
presentations that will take guests on an imaginary voyage under the sea. Nine food
stations over 150 feet long will tantalize diners with delectable items ranging from pasta
and seafood to designer salads and Asian wok specialties, as well as a huge selection of

THE STEAKHOUSE
For the past three years voted "Best Steakhouse" in Casino Player
magazine's Best of Gaming Survey (1997 - 1999), the Steakhouse offers the superb taste of
fine dining in a classic American style. The finest in beef, lamb, veal, fowl, and a
choice selection of seafood, all prepared with a hearty appetite in mind. Live

ANDREOTTI'S
Andreotti's Ristorante, named for the longtime Harrah's executive Rome Andreotti, reflects
his commitment to quality and service excellence as well as his love for authentic fine
Italian cuisine. Featuring Northern and Southern Italian specialties, and exotic homemade
sauces. Reservations are suggested; 441-5576. Located on the first floor. Pasta entrees
starting at $12.50; others starting at $26.95. An Andreotti's Favorite: Vitello alla
Sorrentina, veal medallions baked with eggplant, mozzarella and tomato sauce.
WILLIAM FISK SEAFOOD COMPANY
The William Fisk Seafood Company honors Harrah's founding executive William Fisk Harrah
with exceptional cuisine and service. This seafood restaurant tempts the palate of seafood
lovers with lobster, swordfish, flounder, and grilled salmon along with a variety of
delectable items for the non-seafood lover. Voted Best Casino Seafood Restaurant in Atlantic
City Magazine's "Best of The Shore" edition four years in a row (1996-1999),
and in Casino Player magazine's 1997, 1998, and 1999 Best of Gaming Survey.
Reservations are recommended; 441-5126. Located on the second floor. Most entrees start at
$17.50. Fisk Favorites: Chilled Seafood Sampler and William Fisk Seafood Mixed Grill (crab

REFLECTIONS
Reflections, Harrah's 24-hour casual restaurant, features a wide variety of selections in
a relaxing environment overlooking the scenic Absecon Waterway. Guests can choose from a
variety of salads, hot and cold entrees, sandwiches, and desserts while enjoying the
sounds of an indoor fountain. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Located on the first
floor. Voted "Best Coffee Shop" in Casino Player Magazine's "1998
and 1999 Best of Gaming Survey."
THE DELI
Harrah's newest themed restaurant, The Deli (opening date April 22,1999), offers
delectable deli favorites in a warm, friendly and fun setting fight out of the streets of
New York or Philly. Guests stroll through the gardens of Colonial Philadelphia before
reaching the New York Theatre District and Central Park. The 166 seat Deli features
comfortable booth and table seating and offers popular deli items like matzo balls, potato
pancakes, sandwiches piled high, and Harrah's famous chicken-in-a-pot. Sumptuous desserts
round out the menu of this exciting new restaurant. The Deli is "sandwiched"
between Club Cappuccino and acclaimed The Broadway By the Bay Theatre on the first floor.

Survey."
SUNRISE BUFFET
The Sunrise Buffet offers breakfast favorites in an open, airy setting. Colorful decor
compliments this "atrium" style restaurant. The aroma of fleshly brewed coffee
welcomes diners as they enter the airy, relaxed atmosphere of the Sunrise Buffet.
Breakfast items include flesh fluffy omelets, scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, and variety
of fresh fruits. Other popular breakfast offerings include hot and cold cereals, pastry,
and juices. Located on the second floor and open for breakfast only, the Sunrise Buffet is
reasonably priced at $9.99 per person, plus tax.
CLUB CAPPUCC1NO
Located just outside the Atrium Lounge, guests will enjoy the "perks" of this
new coffee bar, which features the finest gourmet coffees, cappuccino, and espresso. And
don't miss out on the decadent homemade pastries including fresh muffins and flaky
croissants, biscotti, bagels, Danish, cookies, brownies and much more. Cold beverages are
also available including Snapples and fresh orange juice. Club Cappuccino is open daily
from 7 am to Midnight Monday through Thursday, and 24 hours Friday, Saturday and
Sunday*.*Closes at 4 am and re-opens Monday at 7 am.
