The Claridge Casino Hotel is proud to announce the reopening of
its newly revamped self-serve eatery, Pronto! Guests are invited
to enjoy a bountiful, all-you-can-eat buffet for $12.50 per
person, plus tax. Pronto! starters include white bean and escarole
soup, seven types of freshly-prepared salads, such as tossed,
spinach and caesar salads, with a variety of bean and pasta salads
Patrons can also savor Italian classics of lasagne, pizza and
spaghetti, along with specialty dishes of veal scallopine,
eggplant parmesan and chicken marsala. Entree choices are not only
limited to Italian dishes. Pronto! also features succulent
servings of prime rib, roasted chicken and fresh salmon filet, to
name a few. And to complement each entree, Pronto! dishes up
delicious sides, such as traditionally prepared risotto, buttered
carrots with dill, mashed potatoes, gar c mashed potatoes and
broccoli aioli To complete the perfect meal, dessert select ons
have been expanded to showcase such favorites as freshly baked
cookies, homemade bread pudding, an assortment of cakes and pies,
ice cream, and sugar free jell-o and puddings.
